From our stores in Amsterdam, we help people every day who are looking for an e-bike that truly fits their lifestyle.
Who we’re here for
Our customers mainly live, work, or study in the city. Men and women alike, with a growing number of female riders, typically between 25 and 45 years old. People who consciously choose quality, design, and convenience, and who see their bike as an essential part of their daily lives.
Our mission
Our mission is simple: to show how much freedom you experience when riding a high-quality electric bike in the city.
We achieve this not only by offering the right brands, but especially through our experience, expertise, and service. In our stores, we take the time to provide personal advice, so you can hit the road with confidence. Our goal? To get as many people as possible on an electric bike and let them enjoy every ride.
From ambassador to market leader
RIDERS HUB was founded out of pure passion for electric bikes and has quickly grown into a well-established name:

2019: Launched as the very first Cowboy ambassador in the Netherlands

2020: Became top sales ambassador for Cowboy

2021: Rode more than 12,000 km per person and achieved the highest sales of all ambassadors

2022: Maintained the top position with the Cowboy C4 models (now Classic & Cruiser ST)
